The Ford Mustang topped the midsize sports car segment, besting the Toyota Solara and the Chevrolet Monte Carlo. The Mercury Milan, on the other hand, bagged the highest ranking in the midsize car category. The Milan beat the Honda Accord, Ford Fusion and the Mitsubishi Galant for the distinction. The Lincoln MKZ topped the entry premium car segment, winning over the Acura TSX and the Cadillac CTS.
The Lincoln Mark LT took the top spot in the large multi-activity vehicle segment over the Lincoln Navigator and the Hummer H2. The Mazda Miata meanwhile bested the Scion tC and the Subaru Impreza to top the compact sporty car class.

VW Bus Being Sold on e-bay
A VW bus is being sold on e-bay. It is a 2007 remake of the 1961 VW bus, complete with VW parts, including innovated VW hoses. The bus costs the same price as a new car and not as its fellow vehicles in the segment.
The 2007 remake of 1961 VW Bus 23 Window Microbus Transporter Deluxe has manual transition and can be ran by an option of four engines. It has the color green as its interior and exterior color, and gasoline as its fuel type.
Among the several new things that are featured in the bus are the upholstery (that will speak VW for itself), carpets (for a more comfortable interior), sparkplug wires (to assure quality internal combustion engines and ignites gasoline by means of an electric spark), pistons (for assured effective engine function), seatbelts (for a safer ride), radio antenna (for sound tripping), tires (for a more durable fast speed even on rocky roads), bushings, paint (that looks better than the previous version), and gas filter (for a cleaner gas emission).
According to the seller, this bus was in such solid condition that is rust free, with no accidents ever, and that is why it became a candidate for the kind of restoration which Volkswagen cars never receive. It benefited from the kind of stripped down to metal, meticulous restoration, which is normally reserved for Jaguars, Bentleys, and Aston Martins. Bruno2k further wrote in the vehicle description that this is the kind of high ninety percentage point restoration that you dream of yourself.

Ford Sets Forth Its Safety Recall
Ford Motor Company in connection with its endeavor to promote safety and protection among its vehicle users has announced that it will enhance its 2005 speed control. Said safety recall will include certain speed control-equipped gas or natural gas 1994-2002 F-250 through F-550 F-Super Duty trucks, 2000-2002 Excursions, 1994-1996 Econoline vans and 1996-2002 E-450 vans, as well as speed control-equipped 1998 Mountaineers and Explorers. "Today's action includes those vehicles that were identified as having a interaction issue between the speed control deactivation switch and the brake system that could, in rare cases, cause the switch to overheat and ultimately catch fire," said Ray Nevi, assistant director, Ford Automotive Safety Office.
During the previous year, Ford conducted a recall of about 5 million vehicles to affix fused wiring harness to the speed control deactivation switch. This was done to get rid of the probable risk of fire if the switch leaked. Said harness stops electrical current caused by the leak.
"Following last year's recall, we indicated further analysis would continue to determine what vehicle characteristics were contributing to the potential for switch leakage. After a year of intensive research, including working with NHTSA's engineers, we have concluded that certain factors on the affected vehicles may lead to the switch overheating," Nevi added.
Leakage may be caused by overheating. Failure may also be a result of repeated high vacuum events. Moreover, to solve the potential predicament facing vehicle users, the automaker has prepared sufficient supply of Excursion Ford parts wholesale, Ford Econoline Van parts, Ford F350 Super Duty pickup parts and more parts to cater to other mentioned vehicles.
The upcoming safety recall includes orientation of the switch on the brake master cylinder and frequent high vacuum events at the switch because of the typical brake system operation.
